Koleo is a medium-sized, quantity surveying consultant specialising in civil and commercial works.
In the current construction market, projected costs must be calculated as accurately as possible. It will lead to the client knowing exactly where his money is being spent & will prevent overspending on certain phases of the project. Consulting services to the contractor, developer or consultant must be kept to a minimum.
As a registered consulting firm (RICS; SACQSP), we aim to target these markets in providing a full inclusive quantity surveying service at a fraction of standard professional fees.

For the Contractor:
- Estimations
- Tender document evaluations
- Commercial risk reports (Tender Stage)
- Analyzing contract documentation on award
- Project re-pricing (upon request)
- Compilation of variance reports
- Project start-up presentations (Project overview, resources to be allocated, risk identification and mitigation, etc.)

Koleo was founded by John Koller in 2018. A group of dynamic individuals were hand-selected to join this dynamic consulting team.
We aim to make a dynamic and uncompromised contribution to the civil construction industry.
We are situated in Gauteng, but extend our services outside of the province as well.
